The Texas Association of Counties (TAC) has implemented an email encryption program called SecureMail as another step toward compliance with federal privacy and security requirements. While those impacted may experience a slight disruption, our primary goal is keeping sensitive information secure.

Instructions for accessing encrypted email are included in email notifications recipients receive and are also available here.

Recipients experiencing problems opening encrypted email sent from TAC should call (800) 456-5974 to notify the sender.
