Be a part of our new Healthy County wellness program

The Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Department is introducing Healthy County, our wellness program, which is a shared-responsibility approach to reducing health risks and decreasing costs of preventable illness.

Members enrolled in our health program for the Pool (optional ASOs) currently have access to the following programs:

• Condition Management Program
• Nurseline (24-hour)
• Tobacco Cessation Program
• Medicine Match

• PATH (Planned Action Toward Health) Adventure, a walking and healthy living challenge
• Health Risk Assessments
• 5-A-Day Challenge
