Training
The Foundation provides leadership, technology and management training for county officials and key county employees.

Training programs are designed to:

• Expand leadership thinking, skills and habits of county officials
• Give insight into fundamental concepts of productive leadership and how it can be fostered in the staff around town
• Meet the specific needs of county officials
• Provide ongoing opportunities for communication, shared ideas and the updating of techniques
