TAC's Unemployment Compensation Fund offers valuable unemployment-related services to its members at a reduced cost. Participation permits easy budgeting since payments into an escrow account for TWC reimbursement is the annual average of unemployment compensation claims for the past five years.

The Fund assists members during benefit hearings and provides continuous training in proper termination procedures and record keeping required to contest a claims eligibility determination.
