The Texas Public Investment Conference
has been offered since 1998. This expanded curriculum
of the TAC investment officer's training program offers
investment education to a broad spectrum of officials
involved in public funds investing. While content is
designed to meet the needs of county officials, participation
is open to investment officers from other governmental
entities.
The curriculum complies with the training
requirements of the Public Funds Investment Act and
up to ten hours of continuing education is available for CIOs.
The conference is scheduled in November
of each year in the Houston area. |
