Cancellation

Conference Registration Cancellation:

Conference registration fees are fully transferable to another individual upon request. Requests for refunds (less $10 administrative fee) must be received in writing by Tuesday, August 1, 2006. Requests received after that date will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. Email and fax requests are acceptable.

NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2006.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation:
All reservations must be made, changed or cancelled with TAC prior to July 14th.

Any changes to your hotel reservation after July 14th, must be made
directly with the Renaissance Hotel at (512) 343-2626.
