Course Description
Court Support Personnel are the court’s direct contact with the public. The public for the most part, form their initial opinions of the court through interactions with court support personnel. Educational and developmental courses prepare court staff to foster positive attitudes within the courts, and to provide expert customer service.

Reimbursement
County court assistants and staff will be reimbursed at state approved rates for allowable travel, lodging and meal expenses. A county may send more than one person. The conference is limited to 200 participants
