Conference Registration Information

The registration fee for the entire conference, including the pre-conference training, is $125 BEFORE January 1, 2006 and $150 AFTER January 1, 2006. Registrations are fully transferable and are refundable less $10 administrative fee before January 1, 2006 and less 1/2 registration fee after January 1, 2006.
