Develop.

County officials and staff work hard every day to make a real difference in the lives of Texans and are dedicated to providing public service. It is a constant struggle to stay on top of the diverse expectations that the public puts on county government. Citizens expect the courthouse to run effectively and efficiently and we must DEVELOP new ways of doing business so counties can keep up to today's fast-paced, instant-gratification world.

Connect.

The Texas Association of Counties Annual Conference and Trade Show is an excellent time to CONNECT with those county officials that share your dedication to being public servants. This conference offers county officials a great opportunity to get acquainted with colleagues from all across the state.

Progress.

The Annual Conference can help build your knowledge of technology, best practices and new legislation that will affect counties. With this knowledge, Texas counties can cooperatively PROGRESS with plans for serving the public better and more efficiently.

Keynote Speakers:

Opening Keynote Address: Rick Rigsby

The animated, energetic and riveting Dr. Rigsby will inspire us with his message of living with integrity and hope for ourselves and others. Formerly a faculty member in the Department of Communications at Texas A&M University, Mr. Rigsby is bringing his inspirational messaging to conferences all over North America.

Closing Keynote Address: Brian Dodge

Brian Dodge brings a high-powered message of self improvement and personal growth with a focus on three key areas: how to have your best year ever, how to create consistent upward growth in your life, and how to focus on the things that really matter.  His inspiring message will be an excellent send off to the end of a great conference!
