Cancellation Information

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail Tiffany Thorndike or fax to 512-477-1324). There is no registration fee for current, dues-paying CIOs.  For non-CIOs, refund requests must be submitted in writing by May 31, 2007, and will incur a $10 administration fee.  Administration fee for refund requests received after May 31 is one-half the registration fee.  No refund requests will be honored after June 15, 2007.
