Cancellation Information

All conference cancellations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail acceptable).

Deadline Dates:

Cancellation requests must be received within 72 hours prior to the Conference to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee.  Refund requests will not be honored after October 1, 2007.
