Cancellation Information

The conference registration fee is transferable to another person within your organization without additional charge. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (fax and email acceptable 512-477-1324) by April 25, 2007.

An administration fee of $10.00 is charged for all requests received in the Association office by April 25, 2007. After April 25, the administration fee is one-half the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after May 12, 2007.
