Cancellation Information

Hotel Cancellation

Any hotel reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed one night’s stay to the individual. To cancel hotel reservations, please call the Radisson Hotel at (512) 478-9611.

Conference Cancellation

Registration refunds (less a $10 processing fee) will be granted if requests are received in writing (faxes and emails acceptable) by April 6, 2007. Any refund requests received after April 6 are subject to up to one-half the original registration fee.

No refund requests will be granted after May 1, 2007.
