Hotel accommodations for the Hilton Hotel will be reserved and managed through the Texas Association of Counties. Reservation information is to be completed on the conference Registration Form. Click here for a map to the Hilton.

Make reservations before July 24 and ask for the "TAC room Block."

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you will not need your Hilton hotel reservation, please contact the Education Department so we can release the room to another attendee. If you need to cancel your Hilton hotel reservation AFTER July 13, you are responsible for canceling the room with the hotel directly.
TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration. An alternative method to guarantee a hotel room is to mail one-night’s deposit directly to the hotel.
Transportation Information:

Parking:
Hilton Parking is $13 for self-parking, $20 for valet + 8.25% tax.
Courtyard Marriott Parking is $10 for day valet and $19 for overnight valet, no self parking.
