Conference Cancellation Policy

Conference fees are fully transferable to other participants.

All refund requests must be received in writing before August 15 to receive a full refund less a $10 administrative fee. Refund requests received after August 15 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to half the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after September 1, 2008.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Please email Jenny Holksevik or call 800-456-5974 PRIOR TO canceling your hotel reservation. Doing so will allow another attendee on the waiting list to take advantage of the conference hotel rooming block.

TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration.
