The host hotel block is full for Annual Conference. Please consider the overflow hotel listed below.
If you register for the Annual Conference online, a link for reserving a room at the Renaissance Hotel will be provided with your online confirmation.
If you fax your conference registration and provide an email address on the registration form, hotel reservation information will be sent to you via email.
Confirmations for the conference with the Renaissance Hotel phone number and room block code will be sent to all registrants by mail.

Single Rate $123.00/night
Double Rate $123.00/night
Plus applicable taxes (15%) and parking fees

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Please email Jenny Holkesvik or call the TAC Education Department at 800-456-5974 PRIOR TO canceling your hotel reservation. Doing so will allow another attendee on the waiting list to take advantage of the hotel rooming block.
TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration.
If you fail to cancel your hotel room by notifying TAC before the August 15 deadline or notifying the hotel directly, please understand that one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card.
