10:00 am - 10:45 am	Prevention and Compliance: How to Minimize Your Liability This session will teach you how to lay the ground work for preventing conduct that leads to workplace investifations. The session will also clarify the Federal Laws and employer obigations.
10:45 am - 11:30 am	How to Design Your Investigation Tools This session will focus on the essentials of preparing investigation tools
11:30 am - 1:00 pm	Lunch on your own
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm	How to Conduct Witness Interviews This session is an interactive session to help your implement strategies to get to the truth.
2:00 pm - 2:15 pm	Break
2:15 pm - 3:30 pm	Putting It All Together This session is an interactive session that will help you apply this process in your county

3:40 pm - 4:30 pm	Workers' Compensation Update: Latest Trends and Alliances This session will give counties information on new trends and legislation affecting workers' compensation programs.
