8:10	Accident Prevention Plans This segment will cover how management demonstrates commitment to a successful safety effort, and how information is processed and analyzed for continuous improvement in a program.
9:30	Break
9:45	Accident Prevention Plans (continued) This segment covers the basics of recognizing workplace hazards through inspections, feedback from employees, and investigation of incidents and near misses.
11:45	Lunch (on your own)
1:00 pm	Accident Prevention Plans (continued) This segment covers the process of continual improvement and revisions that may be necessary in the Accident Prevention Plan.
2:30	Break
2:45	Helping Injured Employees Return to Work This segment will cover post-injury control processes including claims management and return to work issues involved with Workers’ Compensation.
