Double: $149

Each additional guest: $10/person

*Rates do not apply for August 26. Rates for the night of August 26 start at $249/night. Rates do not include occupancy taxes, currently 15%.

Self: $14 (this includes a $2 discount for conference attendees)

An overflow block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Hotel Downtown/Convention Center one block away from the Hilton. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at (866) 816-8693 and referencing the "Texas Association of Counties" room block.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In the event that you will not need your Hilton hotel reservation, please call the Hilton directly at (512) 482-8000.

TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration.

If you fail to cancel your hotel room by notifying TAC before the August 1 deadline, you may be billed for one night’s room rate.

In the event you need to cancel your room at the Courtyard Hotel, you are responsible for doing so directly with the hotel. Please call (866) 816-8693 to change or cancel your reservation.
