Cancellation Information

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail Deanna Auert) or fax to (512) 477-1324 by May 31 to incur a full refund, less a $10 administration fee. Refund requests received June 1 - June 22 will incur 50% administration fee to process refund requests. No refund requests will be honored after June 23.
