Cancellation Information
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail Deanna Auert or fax to (512) 477-1324) by Nov. 10 to receive a full refund, less a $10 administration fee. Refund requests received Nov. 11 - Dec. 2 will incur a 50 percent administration fee to process refund requests. No refund requests will be honored after Dec 2.
