Conference Cancellation Policy

Conference fees are fully transferable to other participants, upon request.

All refund requests must be received in writing before August 17th to receive a full refund less a $10 administrative fee. Refund requests received after August 17 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to half the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after September 9.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be made, changed or cancelled with TAC in writing. Please contact Ashley Albers to make any changes to your hotel reservation.

TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration.
