Cancellations and all refund requests must be received in writing (fax or e-mail acceptable) before May 24, 2009 (less $10 administrative fee). Refunds after May 24, 2009 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after June 17, 2009.
