3:00 - 4:00 p.m.	Interlocal Agreements John Grace, Criminal District Attorney, Civil Litigation, Lubbock County Learn how to legally execute interlocal agreements that allow local government to enter into mutually beneficial activities with other public agencies in the interest of cooperatively sharing resources. And discuss the consequences of proceeding without such contracts.
