Cancellation Information

Conference fees are fully transferable to other participants upon request in writing.

All refund requests must be received in writing by August 16 to receive a full refund, less a $10 administrative fee. Refund requests received after August 16 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to half the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after September 7.

Please contact Ashley Albers at ashleya@county.org or fax at (512) 477-1324 to cancel your conference registration. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Please email Ashley Albers or call (800) 456-5974 to cancel your hotel reservation. Doing so will allow another attendee on the waiting list to take advantage of the conference hotel rooming block. As per hotel policy, reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a one-night's cancellation fee.

TAC reserves the right to reassign hotel rooms if conference fees are not received within 30 days of registration.
