Please reserve your room by Sept. 12 in order to receive the reduced rates; otherwise, rooms are subject to a price increase and availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or a first night deposit. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before the day of arrival or the first night of the stay will be charged.
Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon.

Hotel is located within walking distance (half a mile) from the Texas Association of Counties Events Center. Daily shuttle to and from the hotel and TAC Events Center will be available also; please contact the hotel directly to book.
