Cancellation Information
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail Kaylee Harris or fax to (512) 477-1324) by Jan. 18 to incur a full refund, less a $10 administration fee. Refund requests received Jan. 19 - Feb. 12 will incur 50 percent administration fee to process refund requests. No refund requests will be honored after Feb. 13.
