Cancellation Information
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (fax or e-mail acceptable) before Feb. 14, 2012, less a $10 processing fee. Refunds after Feb. 16 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half of the registration fee. No refund request will be honored after Mar. 10.
