Presentation of the Giles Dalby Award

Presented in honor of the character, integrity, and service to the Judiciary, county government, and community that Judge Dalby exhibited during his 34 years of exceptional leadership in county government.

This prestigious award is named for Judge Giles W. Dalby and was presented to him as the first recipient commemorating his 24 years as chairman of the County Judges Education Committee.
