Overview

The Texas Association of Counties has contracted with the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University to bring professional leadership training to county supervisors, managers, department heads and first assistants. The state’s best team of management-skills experts will present this training, including University of Texas McCombs School of Business professors John Daly and Richard Grant, Texas State University professors Don Minnick and Beverly Chiodo and McCoy College of Business Administration Management & Entrepreneurship professor Jim Bell.

Presenters will give attendees practical insights they can apply to their work and will help attendees improve their professional skills in the areas of:
