Texas Comptroller Of Public Accounts

Financial Management Reviews:

  • Brazoria County. This report is intended to provide new approaches to Brazoria County to meet the needs and expectations of its customers-the taxpayers.
  • Smith County. A review of the county's functions and operations in several key areas.
  • Sheriffs' and Constables' Fees Manual. Section 118.131(f), Local Government Code requires each county commissioners court to provide written notice to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts if there are any changes in the fees set for services performed by the offices of the sheriffs and constables. Note that these fees do not apply to criminal cases.
