RQ-0916-GA: Honorable Lucinda A. Vickers, Atascosa County Attorney, whether a county clerk is required to permit a member of the public to copy records with a sheet feed scanner.

RQ-0927-GA: Honorable D. Matt Bingham, Smith County Criminal District Attorney, whether volunteer assistant fire marshals may be designated as "reserve deputies."

RQ-0994-GA: Honorable Richard Pena Raymond, Chair, Human Services Committee, Texas House of Representatives, whether a justice of the peace may adjudicate truancy cases where there exists an interlocal agreement between a justice court and an independent school district regarding juvenile court coordinators.

RQ-0995-GA: Honorable Lisa Pence, Erath County Attorney, whether an eight-liner machine that dispenses tickets for prizes redeemable only at the bingo hall in which the machine is located is a "gambling device" within the meaning of section 47.01(4) of the Penal Code.

RQ-1003-GA: Honorable Allan Ritter, Chair, Committee on Natural Resources, Texas House of Representatives, authority of a county, under section 35.019 Water Code, to enact a groundwater management ordinance that is applicable to that part of the county outside of a priority groundwater management area.

RQ-1004-GA: Honorable Mark A. Marshall, McCulloch County Attorney, approval of expenditures from the asset forfeiture fund of a district attorney.

RQ-1005-GA: Honorable Joe C. Pickett, Chair, Defense and Veterans' Affairs Committee, Texas House of Representative, proration of homestead property tax exemption, under section 11.131, Tax Code, for a fully disabled veteran who dies during 2011; and application of that exemption to the surviving spouse of a veteran who dies during 2011.
