Paul Sugg - Legislative Liaison
Paul Sugg joined the Legislative Department in 1998. He monitors a range of legislative issues as well as the activities of related legislative committees and governmental agencies.
Paul received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in history from Sam Houston State University and continued graduate studies in history at Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, he worked for the V.G. Young Institute of County Government. He is the editor of TAC's County Subdivision Regulation Sourcebook.
