Free Workshop on Renewable Energy Projects for Rural Texas

The Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) and the Rural Alliance for Renewable Energy (RARE) held a free workshop on renewable energy projects for rural Texas on May 18 at the AT&T Conference Center at the University of Texas at 1900 University Avenue in Austin. Speakers included representatives from the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO), which are administering much of the stimulus funds for energy projects in the state.
