Signs required in every county office
In
addition to notices and agendas posted on the courthouse’s “official” bulletin
board, federal and state laws require each county office to post posters that
state various rights and notices. In some instances, failure to post these informational
signs could lead to fines. If an employee is involved in an employment hearing
or lawsuit, failure to have the right signs up could be interpreted as a lack
of good faith compliance. The posters listed below can be obtained from the appropriate
state or federal regulatory agencies.
