The morning glories blooming on the wall outside the Runnels County Sheriff ’s Department apparently know better than to obscure an Official Business sign reserving the parking spaces. When Treasurer Margarette Smith spotted this arrangement, she got Sheriff Deputy Joe Stokes to come out and shoot this picture.
