Sign Up for Core Legislative Group

The Legislature may not be in full swing, but interim assignments have begun in preparation for the 2013 legislative session.

Now is the time for county officials to get involved in the legislative process and ensure that taxpayers and local interests are protected. TAC’s dedicated group of legislative staff will soon be holding conversations with county officials around the state to assess county-related issues moving forward.

Join the conversation, meet with local legislators and become an active member of TAC’s Core Legislative Group. Group members can stay aware of county-related issues during the interim, testify during public hearings in Austin and around the state, make important contacts with legislators and collect data related to interim charges.
