OCA Listing of New Fines and Fees Available Online

The Office of Court Administration prepared a report listing new laws affecting the judiciary, including new fines and fees (see Page 5). The report, which is broken into categories and cross-referenced may be particularly useful to county judges, district clerks, county clerks, treasurers and justices of the peace.

The Comptroller has published a list of new fines and fees in the Texas Register. In November, the Comptroller will publish the fines and fees in booklet form.
