The 73rd Annual Fall Conference of the Texas Association of County Auditors is designed to keep members informed of issues that are important to you and your constituents. This four-day conference in San Antonio will be a convenient way to earn up to 20:50 hours of continuing education credits at education sessions and to enjoy networking with your peers.

Reservations and Hotel Rates

For hotel reservations, call the Holiday Inn San Antonio Riverwalk at (210) 224-2500 and request space in the "Texas Association of County Auditors" or reference the "XPS" code to receive the group room rate of $124 per night, plus tax.

The deadline to reserve rooms at the special rate is Sept. 20, or until the block is full. We encourage you to make reservations early. Group rates are available for the nights of Oct. 15-20.

Exhibit Set Up and Tear Down
Exhibitors at the TACA conference can set up Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 8 a.m. They can tear down Friday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m.

The busiest time for the exhibit hall will be before and after conference sessions and during the scheduled conference breaks.
