Building a Sound Risk Management Foundation for Your County

September 2, 2020

Lone Star County, the 255th county in Texas has just been formed and we need your help to lay a good solid risk management foundation. Where would you start?

For many new elected officials and county employees, knowing where to start with risk management is usually not a concern. The reason? Most counties have had some aspect of a coverage or risk management program previously in place.

This webinar is part of a Core Risk Management Series. For more information about the series, visit our Webinar Series main page.
