The Texas Judicial Academy is a partnership between the Texas Association of Counties and the Texas Tech University School of Law.
The focus of this session will be an essential overview of various criminal cases which may be presented in county court, with considerable focus on DWI cases, prosecutions, alternatives to prosecution and innovative court programs and successes in dealing with DWI defendants. This webinar will provide 3 hours of continuing education.
