Overview
This session will focus primarily on an essential overview of various criminal cases which may be presented in county court. Topics of discussion will include DWI cases, prosecutions, alternatives to prosecution and innovative court programs and successes in dealing with DWI defendants. The session will also provide important ethical dilemmas and considerations for judges including judicial discretion in various cases that may be presented in court.
