We invite County Tax Assessor-Collectors and their staff to expand their knowledge with accurate, timely information from well-respected speakers. The V.G. Young Institute is excited to work with the TACA Board and its members to plan this event to meet the needs of all 254 counties.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on Aug. 9. Early bird registration ends on Oct. 15, so be sure to take advantage!

Singles: $159 per night (plus tax)

You must register for the conference first before booking a hotel room. After registering, you will receive an email with the hotel reservation link.

The deadline to reserve rooms at the group rate is Oct. 8 or until the block fills up. All reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the prevailing hotel rates.

Please note: As in years past, the V.G. Young Institute expects the room block to fill quickly. In the event the block becomes full, a waitlist will be kept on a first-come, first-served basis. If a cancellation becomes necessary, please send notification to vgyi@ag.tamu.edu. Cancellations received no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 1 will receive a refund minus an $85 administrative fee. The administrative fee is due for all cancellations, regardless of whether your payment has been received or not. Substitutions are accepted.
