Overview
This series of roundtable discussions is hosted by the county judge in each location and the Texas Association of Counties. These sessions will review DWI case management and best practices, mental health, and civil county court issues.
There is no cost to attend these roundtables.
Reimbursement
This program is partially funded by a Judicial and Court Personnel Training Fund Grant administered by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. In accordance with the grant guidelines, judges may be reimbursed for attendance, up to $750 total per fiscal year.

Reimbursements must be submitted to TAC within 60 days of the event. Any reimbursement received after 60 days will not be reimbursed.
Who Should Attend
County Judges
To encourage open discussion and facilitate judicial security precautions, ONLY member judges, that session's speaker and TAC staff are allowed in the meeting room during sessions. This would apply, for example, to guests, assistants, spouses, etc. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this policy.

There are no room blocks reserved for these roundtable meetings. If you need to stay overnight, we recommend calling the hotel and requesting a room at the state rate. The rates are based on hotel availability.
There is no reimbursement for lodging at these workshops.
This program provides four hours of judicial education credit. There will be no CLE credit.
