The Fourth Annual County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Fall Conference will be held Sept. 8-10 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock.

This year's theme is "CDCAT, a Community in Service," and the conference will feature legislative updates, roundtable discussions and education breakout sessions. The keynote speaker is Lyndy Phillips, a humorist and magician who will cover the negative outcomes of stress and how to use laughter to reduce it.

Key elements of this year’s in-person session are multiple networking opportunities, including a trivia game with prizes. Kalahari resorts also have the largest indoor water parks in the nation.

County clerks, district clerks and combination clerks can earn continuing education credits to help fulfill their annual requirements.

On-site registration is $225. Contact Sam Burke at samb@county.org or at (800) 456-5974 with questions.
