May a commissioners court regulate game rooms within the county?
Yes. A county may restrict game room locations to specified areas of the county, prohibit locations within a distance prescribed by the commissioners court to a school, place of worship, or residential neighborhood, or restrict the number of game rooms that may operate within a specified area of the county.
