The biennial TAC Salary Survey hit its first milestone on Feb. 16, receiving 127 completed surveys. As of Feb. 28, we have received surveys back from 149 counties. The survey will be published once TAC reaches the goal of at least 240 participating counties. This map shows which counties have participated so far.
We mailed the survey to county auditors and county treasurers on Jan. 22; however, in some cases, other offices were contacted based on who had replied to the survey in prior years.
We use the survey to collect salary information on all elected county offices plus the appointed county auditor. County officials can download a copy of the survey form in MS Excel format.

Once completed, those offices that returned the survey form will receive a hard copy of the report. In addition, we will post the 2018 TAC Salary Survey online.
