TAC-CIRA Emails going to your Junk Mail

We have gotten recent reports that some of TAC-CIRA's email responses are not making it to your inboxes. We ask that you check your Junk Email to see if our responses are going to that folder. If so, please re-classify emails from us so that they go directly to your inbox. To do this, follow the steps below:

Outlook 

1. Right Click on the Message and Click on Junk

2. Select "Not Junk"

3. When the "Mark as Not Junk" window pops open, make sure that the "Always trust email from...is checked off and press "Ok".

Webmail 

1. Right Click on the Message and Click Add New Filter

2. Add a Filter Name and Confirm the Criteria

6. Click to Move to Folder and select Folder you would like to move it to.

7. Click Save.
