The Texas Bar Historical Foundation has grant funds available for governmental entities and subdivisions, specifically state district and county courts. The Foundation’s preference is to fund projects that will preserve and prolong the life of historically significant court records and public records subject to decay from a poor storage environment or other factors that could lead to the loss or destruction of the records.
Previous grant awards have ranged between $3,000 and $8,000. Applications are due by Nov. 30, 2018.
