TAC’s legislative staff is traveling the state to hear from county officials about what they are interested in and concerned about as the 86th legislative session approaches. These free regional meetings provide an opportunity for county officials to come together and discuss legislative issues important to county government. The gatherings provide valuable guidance for TAC legislative staff as they meet with legislative offices, coordinate with county official associations and research legislative proposals.

All elected and appointed officials and staff are encouraged to attend.
Why Should I Attend?
The Legislative Exchanges are an excellent opportunity for you to talk about issues and concerns, share solutions and ideas that will help keep local decision-making and county government strong.
Registration
There is no fee to attend, but please pre-register. Pre-registration is not required to attend any of the regional meetings, but it is encouraged. Onsite registration will be available.
