It's not too late for owners and operators of Phase II MS4 permits to register to attend a free workshop! There are still seats available for the June workshop in Waco.

This workshop will provide you with the valuable information you need to prepare a Stormwater Management Plan and provide insight on completing your annual report.

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) renewed the Small (Phase II) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit (TXR040000) on Jan. 24, 2019. The deadline to file a Notice of Intent and Stormwater Management Plan is July 23, 2019.

The final workshop in this series will be held:

9 a.m.– 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2019 (Lunch is on your own.)

Seating is limited and is expected to fill up quickly. Those who register will be seated first; walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat. The workshop starts promptly at 9 a.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure your seat.

The Stormwater Program and Small Business and Local Government Assistance staff will be available to answer questions.
